How does it work?

We place a great deal of importance on making sure our clients get the best from our solutions.

We believe in giving you the knowledge to run your mobile-data or transport system to its full potential. With each implementation, we provide a full on-site training schedule tailored to your needs. We can either 'train-the-trainer' or work with your end users. Whatever works best for you.

Effective education and training is essential to reaping maximum return from any new application or process. It is fundamental that employees, whatever their role within a company, can quickly and effectively acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to work confidently with their business application.

We will also be on-hand to support you at go-live.

Our education and training services ensure that your users become adept with their mobile-data, courier back-office or transportation software application. We develop the appropriate materials and strategies whilst continually reviewing our approach to ensure the highest possible standards of delivery are maintained.

We would typically employ a 4-point plan:

• Planning - Agree aims and deliverables. Perform (TNA) Training Needs Analysis
• Design - Finalise the curriculum, templates, delivery methods and tools
• Develop - Develop course materials and run the trainer courses
• Deliver - Deliver the courses

Once you are up and running we will continue to visit you to provide and advanced guidance to get the best from the system.
