TECHNICAL INFOMATION
What powers the ACI suite of products?
You can be confident when choosing ACI that the system has been developed using only industry standard and proven development tools. We are the developers, it has not been outsourced.
We use development environments including Microsoft Visual Studio and Codegear RAD Studio to code ACI and the database behind the product is built using Microsoft SQL Server. Our source control is managed using Perforce. Version and Quality Control is handled by an in-house management product which is fully integrated within our support / CRM system.
ACI's integral reporting is powered by Business Objects (an SAP company) Crystal Reports. As reports are generated externally using the Crystal Reports studio it allows our clients to generate their own reports and run them from within ACI.
Scalability
Our client-server architecture and optimally designed Microsoft SQL Server database allow ACI to be completely scalable. If your requirements are for a single office operation or a nationwide multi-site, multi branded/company implementation then ACI can accommodate and grow with your business model.
