Booking Management

Despatch Management

ACI has a reputation as having the fastest and most user friendly despatch controller environment in the industry. Our pioneering ‘Circuit Wizard’ allows complete customisation of your own despatch screens. Integrated CTI and mobile data can improve controller productivity by 30%.

Mapping, Routing and Postcodes

A mapping and postcode server provides full postcode and reverse postcode lookups to the system. Fast, accurate mapping and routing calculations allow you to quote with confidence.

Pricing

The most comprehensive automatic pricing module for the industry, with unlimited setup options, mileage rates, fixed and zoned prices. Add to this, job level, customer level and invoice level surcharges and we take the strain out of pricing and administration.

Administration

Flexible customer invoicing with multiple invoice layouts, including e-mailing of invoices, together with customer and accounting system exports. Driver Self Billing is approved by HMRC, with fixed and variable adjustments. BACS or cheque payment facilities and accounting system exports are all standard.

Reporting

Over 70 standard reports are included with the system, ranging from simple job printouts to complex KPIs and detailed management information. Need something extra? Our in-house bespoke report writing service gives you reports limited only by your imagination!

ACI Net

A hugely powerful web interface module allowing your clients (or ‘implant’ workers) to book jobs directly into ACI. Tracking allows your clients to see the status of their job, including POD signatures returned from NX Transport. The branding capability means that your clients can have the site matched to their corporate colours or intranet site.

WMTS Plug-in

For Technical Courier or Store and Forward services, a Warehouse Management & Transport System (WMTS) plug-in is available for ACI. It will look after your stock types and levels and is unique among stock systems in that the courier movement (i.e., docket) is generated at the point the stock is reserved.
