NX Transport is a real-time mobile data solution, enabling instant, seamless communication between office based systems and your mobile workforce.
NX Transport incorporates state of the art, real-time electronic signature software for mobile proof of delivery (POD). It has been designed to be the best delivery software available for the courier, parcel & post, logistics and chauffeur sector.
Real-time information (including PDA signature capture) can be gathered wirelessly from every part of the transportation process, from despatch through to delivery.

NX Transport provides your drivers and mobile workforce with comprehensive job or delivery manifest details at the push of a button. And by signing on the screen of a mobile data terminal or PDA or terminal, the process can be totally paperless.

Easy to use
As always, we have developed NX Transport with users in mind. The familiar interface is intuitive to use, minimising training and roll-out time. Job instructions are clear so there are no mistakes.
Real-time mobile data capture
At the push of a button, full job allocation details including addresses, deadlines, contacts and special instructions are instantly pushed out to your drivers via their hand-held mobile data terminal or PDA.
Job updates and status
Once received, your driver accepts the job which notifies their control centre that the job is now in progress (There's even an audible speech alert to let them know there's a new job waiting).
Your drivers then update the status of the job at key points, including load collection, delivery or waiting. At every stage the process is date and time stamped to avoid disputes.
Barcode Scanning
For parcel track & trace solutions, handheld barcode scanners can enable integration of the workflow process. This provides a full audit of goods movement for a range of purposes, for example parts selection, web-based tracking or to trigger other processes.
PDA Signature Capture
Proof of delivery (POD) signatures are captured on the mobile data terminal and sent back to your office in seconds. You can automatically e-mail the proof of delivery (POD) Signatures to your clients. Our sophisticated proof of delivery software also enables them to track the progress themselves over the internet, being able to view the electronic signature.
Messaging
This is not SMS. NX Transport provides instant, 2-Way messaging between the control room and drivers using GPRS data. It is a much more efficient way to communicate. And it can be 400 times cheaper than sending a text message.

Low Maintenance
You don't need additional IT staff to look after NX Transport. Unlike other mobile data capture applications, draining the battery on the unit doesn't mean a loss of the application or the data. Installation is by SD (Secure Digital) card and is fully automated. If the software requires updating, this is done 'over-the-air' so there are no inconvenient returns to base.
