Work Proactively
Through live GPS vehicle tracking, see the exact location of your fleet as a part of the work allocation process. When controllers use NX Fleet Tracking, informed decisions regarding the distribution and allocation of work - even across multiple sites - can be made.
Street level detail
The level of detail in NX Fleet Tracking' mapping is unrivalled by other vehicle tracking systems. Zoom in to see your vehicles at street level with amazing clarity over the whole of the UK, whether on monitors, plasma panels or projectors.
Powerful Geofencing
Mark the exact perimeters of your important areas to give audible alerts and audited events when vehicles enter or exit a geofence.
Multiple Site and Route Views
View your entire fleet, nationwide, multiple sites or one office - or just one driver route, at the click of a button
Snail Trail History and Audit Reporting
From powerful reporting to a video replay of a journey or the entire shift for a particular vehicle - the historic route, including start and end points, is overlaid onto the map, confirming which roads were taken. Displayed throughout the journey are time-stamped speeds and direction of travel.
Interactive messaging
Click on a vehicle on the map, type a message and your driver will receive it in seconds.
At-a-glance Overview
See where your mobile workforce is. See what type of vehicles are being used, their speed, direction and whether or not they are busy.
Follow a driver
Picture-in-picture allows you to monitor your usual area whilst at the same time showing the progress of any drivers outside that area.
What powers NX Fleet Tracking?
You can be confident when choosing NX Fleet Tracking that the system has been developed using only industry standard and proven development tools. DA systems are the developers, it has not been outsourced.
Handheld Devices
NX Fleet Tracking is device independent, meaning that you can choose either PDA type or rugged mobile data terminals - with an integrated GPS receiver or external plug-in device.
Operating System
On the handheld side, NX Fleet Tracking runs on any Windows Mobile operating system.
Airtime
NX Fleet Tracking works with all networks. Through clever design, the vehicle tracking software uses the very minimum of data. We estimate that to track vehicles at intervals down to 1 minute, during a 12 hour working day and 20 day working month, you will need less than 1Mb of GPRS - much less than the minimum included in most airtime contracts.
