David Upton - Managing Director, founder and Chairman.

David maintains overall responsibility for strategic direction of the company as well as the design of DA Systems' suite of mobile data solutions. His background is systems analysis, design and international consultancy projects - specialising in mobile data capture. He has a wealth of special projects on his CV including arguably the world's first PDA signature capture application in 1998.

David went on to found DA Systems in 1999.

Ron Elder - Director.

Ron is responsible for advising the board on corporate strategy and development, having over 20 years experience in managing and leading growth companies. He has led multinational organisations in the US, UK and Europe for the last 25 years. These include: Zurich Financial Services (in the UK, South Africa and Ireland), Crawfords (New York), The First Personal Bank (now G.E. Capital Bank) and G.E. Capital. Ron is a Chartered Accountant and a graduate of both the Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh (economics) and the London Business School (dip. Corporate Finance)

Ron has been a member of DA Systems' board of directors since 2006.
